End Suffer is made by End Suffer Pty Ltd (ABN 12 700 066 619) in Melbourne, Australia. Use this page to delete your End Suffer account and everything held in it, on iOS and Android. You do not need to sign in.

What we delete.
Everything tied to your account: your sign-in and profile, your practice history, your streaks and progress, Your Path, your saved and downloaded sessions, your reflections and notes, and your preferences.
We also remove your records from the third-party services that support the app, including those we use for subscriptions, notifications and analytics. Nothing is archived and nothing can be restored. This is deletion, not deactivation.
What we keep.
One small record that the deletion took place: your former account identifier, whether each system was cleared, and the date. It holds none of your practice history, reflections, notes or profile details. We keep it for 24 months so we can show your request was honoured, then it goes too. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Before you go.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store, or billing continues after your account is gone.
Request deletion.
Enter the email address on your account. We will send you a message to confirm it is really you, then complete the deletion within one month.
